**The conditions for refund are as follows:


 

  • Students must have completed one academic year

  • All fees in arrears must be paid

  • Notice must be given in writing one month prior to the last month of the academic year (last month of Term 3 is June). If notice is not given, parents will forfeit their deposit

  • The withdrawal form must submitted to the school office and obtain a record of the submission
